Removing the app
On Android, uninstall it the normal way at any time. On iPhone, Strict Mode stops the app being deleted to get around a lock, so unlock first and turn it off.

Unlock with your device
Nothing to unlock. Strict Mode never blocks uninstalling on Android. On iPhone, Strict Mode only blocks deleting apps while you're locked. Unlock first.

Open My Rules
Go to Settings, then My Rules.

Remove the app
Press and hold the Pauzie Prime icon, tap Uninstall, then confirm. Or tap Delete Pauzie Device in My Rules. Switch Strict Mode off. Then press and hold the app icon and tap Remove App.

Fix · I don't see Delete Pauzie Device
Uninstall the normal way
You don't need it. Press and hold the app icon and tap Uninstall. That button is Android only. Switch Strict Mode off, then delete the app as usual.
Fix · It says “Tap your Pauzie Device to unlock first”
Unlock, then try again
You're still locked, or a schedule is running. Tap your device to unlock, then try again.
