The app
Pauzie is provided as is. It is a focus tool, not medical, psychological or educational advice. You can stop using it at any time by uninstalling it.
Don't try to break, copy or resell the app or the Pauzie character artwork. The Pauzie character and the Pauzie name are ours.
The store
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payment is handled by Cashfree; an order is confirmed when the payment succeeds. Shipping is free across India. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock.
Shipping and returns
We ship within India. Orders ship within 7 days. We will email you when yours is dispatched, and delivery time then depends on the courier. You pay the price shown on the day you order. You can cancel an order for a full refund, to your original payment method, any time before it ships by emailing us with your order number. Returns: you can return an unused Pauzie Device in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us to start a return; we refund to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving it. If an item arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
Creator and early-user program
Through pauzie.com/creator and pauzie.com/early we give a limited number of Pauzie Devices free to creators and early users. The device and delivery anywhere in India are free. You never pay anything, and the device is yours to keep.
What we ask: use the device for about two weeks and tell us honestly how it went, good or bad. Creators don't have to post anything. Early users from LinkedIn are asked for a short, honest LinkedIn post. If you post, say in your own words what you think, and mention that you received the device free (for example with #gifted), as Indian advertising guidelines expect.
This is an unpaid product program, not a paid collaboration. There is no fee, contract or exclusivity, and we don't review or approve what you say. As the program grows, we may offer separate paid collaborations, always agreed in writing first.
Devices are limited, so we choose who receives one and may not be able to send one to everyone who signs up. If you are under 18, or the account is run by your family, a parent or guardian must fill in the form and receive the device for you.
We use your name, contact and address only to ship your device and stay in touch about the program, as set out in our privacy policy. We may share your feedback or post on our own pages only if you say yes first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything to do with the app or store is limited to what you paid us for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
