The app
Pause is provided as is. It is a focus tool, not medical, psychological or educational advice. You can stop using it at any time by uninstalling it.
Don't try to break, copy or resell the app or the Kapi artwork. Kapi and the Pause name are ours.
The store
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payment is handled by Razorpay; an order is confirmed when the payment succeeds. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock.
Shipping and returns
We ship within India. Dispatch within 5 working days; delivery time depends on the courier. If an item arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. Otherwise items are not returnable.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything to do with the app or store is limited to what you paid us for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai have jurisdiction.
