Schedules
A schedule locks your apps on its own at set times, like every evening or during exams, so you don't have to remember.
Step 1 of 4
Tap Add schedule
Open the Schedules tab and tap Add schedule.

Step 2 of 4
Pick apps, days and time
Its apps can differ from your main list. Pick Weekly days or Once, then Start and End.

Step 3 of 4
Reminders 15 and 1 minute before
So you can wrap up. While it runs, a notification shows when it ends. From 15 minutes before, your Lock Screen shows a live countdown. Newer iPhones show it up top too.
