New phone or account
Your device belongs to your account, not your phone. Moving it to a new phone takes a few seconds.

Sign in on the new phone
Install Pauzie Prime and sign in to the same account you used before. Install the Pauzie Prime app and sign in to the same account you used before.

Hold your phone to your device
Like the first time you paired it.
Step 3 of 3
Tap “Move it here”
Your old phone shows This device was moved to another phone. and stops working with it.

If yes, you're all set. If not, pick what you see.
Fix · I used “Continue without an account”
Sign in on the old phone
First, on your old phone: Settings → Account, and sign in. That keeps your device on your account.

On the new phone, sign in to that same account, then pair and tap Move it here.
Fix · I reinstalled the app on the same phone
Sign in, then pair again
Use the same account. If it asks to move the device here, tap Move it here.
Fix · I signed in with a different account
You can still move it
The device can still move. Pair it, then tap Move it here.
Fix · My old phone is gone and it was locked
You don't need it
Pairing on the new phone moves the device over. Pair your device →
